Face Data
Our app collects and uses facial images solely for the purpose of attendance verification. This data is securely stored on our servers for a period of 6 months from the date of collection. We do not share this information with any third parties. After 6 months, all stored facial images are automatically deleted from our servers to ensure user privacy and data security. The deletion process is automated and irreversible to uphold our commitment to protecting user privacy.

Changing or Deleting Your Data
All iPresens users can access, update, or delete their personal information through our portal. Account deletion can only be done after the service period ends, with data being deleted after a certain period to maintain service security and stability.
